By using the website or booking services of LookBook ("we", "our", "us"), you ("client", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from booking appointments.

2. Booking Eligibility & Space Requirements

To book our premium at-home services, you agree to provide:

• A clean, well-lit, and smoke-free indoor space for our stylist to work.
• Access to a standard electricity outlet and clean running water.
• A safe work environment. We reserve the right to decline service and cancel bookings immediately if the environment is deemed unsafe, unhygienic, or if our stylist experiences harassment.

3. Booking Requests & Confirmations

Submitting an inquiry on our website does not constitute a guaranteed appointment. A booking is only finalized and confirmed when you download and book through our official LookBook App. A confirmation message will be sent through the app. Payment must be made in full according to our online guidelines prior to service execution.

4. Client Conduct & Safety

Clients are expected to disclose any relevant skin allergies, medical conditions, or beauty treatment histories before starting a service. Our stylists are professionals who respect your space; we expect our clients to reciprocate with professional conduct.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms or adjust prices for specific services. Updates will be published on this page and become active immediately.
