How to Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and remove all personal information associated with our mobile booking app, you can submit an email request:

Send an email from your registered email address to support@lookbooklucknow.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your full name and the phone number registered on the LookBook App.

What Information Will Be Deleted

Upon completing the data erasure process, we permanently delete or anonymize:

• Your profile credentials, including registered email and password.
• Your contact details and stored home street addresses.
• Your stored search history, preferences, and customized messages.

What Information We Retain

To comply with federal tax laws, legal audits, and accounting rules, LookBook must retain specific financial and transactional logs:

• A record of billing summaries, total payments, tax credits, and payment transaction IDs.
• Completed service receipts and stylist appointment histories for a period required by statutory limitations.

This retained transactional information will be stored securely in an isolated archval database and will not be used for marketing or service routing purposes.

Data Deletion Processing Time

Once we receive your deletion request, we will verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletions. Following verification, the data erasure cycle will be completed within 30 calendar days. We will send a final email confirmation once your details have been deleted.
